Summary of module
This module introduces you to the normal anatomy and physiology of the main body systems and builds on the foundations of the art and science of nursing practice across the life span. This will enable you to recognise co-morbidities and effective treatment strategies, which underpins the development of clinical skills and holistic person-centred care. It is envisaged you will develop the ability to apply human biological concepts that underpin safe, effective, evidence-based nursing practice.
